METHOD
1. Make sure the tartlets are ready and placed on a serving plate.
2. Wash and dry the salad, then tear it into small pieces.
3. Place some salad in each tartlet.
4. Add a spoonful of cream cheese on top.
5. Spoon the caviar on top, distributing it evenly among all the tartlets.
6. If desired, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper or dill.
7. Serve immediately to keep the tartlets crispy.
