| Avocado, diced |
| Royal Oscietra Caviar |
| Chives, finely chopped |
| Lemon slices for garnish |

METHOD
1. In a bowl, combine the shredded crab meat with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
2. Take a ring mold and place it on a plate. Add a layer of the crab mixture at the bottom and press down gently to form an even layer.
3. Add a layer of diced avocado on top of the crab, pressing gently again to keep it compact.
4. Place a few slices of crab meat on top of the avocado layer for decoration.
5. Spoon a generous amount of caviar over the crab meat.
6. Garnish with finely chopped chives around the tartare and on top.
7. Serve with lemon slices on the side.
